Red Wines by the Glass
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
DRY CREEK VINEYARD - $10.70
“The 2006 vintage displays impressive aromas of bright cherry, cola, and dried flower elements– all representative of our region. On the palate, this wine is very opulent displaying black stone fruit characters and silky smooth tannins. Palate filling flavors of sweet currant, black cherry, and cocoa are perfectly balanced with well-integrated oak nuances.” (Wine maker’s description).
CHÂTEAU LAMOLIÈRE, Grand Vin de Bordeaux 2006 MERLOT - $10.40

Other Varietals
MALBEC Château FAMAEY, France - $8.00
A very popular varietal and for good reason: this French Malbec from the Southwest of France is the wine rugby players enjoy after a good game. Rustic, straightforward and unpretentious this wine pairs well with our good steak-frites and lamb chops. Customers have observed that the taste improves proportionally with the quantity consumed.
DOMAINE de COURON, Rhône Valley - $8.00
Grown in the neighborhood of Châteauneuf-Du-Pape this wine shows all the character of it’s famous cousin, in a lighter style. Easy to drink with moderate tannins, a touch of spiciness and a lot of plum and black currant fruit, this blend of 40 % Syrah and 60% Grenache is an easy choice to complement our duck en sauce, our lamb and even our pâté.
