Saint-Emilion offers two dining options. You can choose from the "Menu Classique" shown on the printed menu which is a three course dinner: an appetizer, main course and dessert. This menu is typical of French bistrot cooking and offers many of the favorite dishes we've been cooking for 25 years. The "Menu Classique" is priced at $45. and does not include beverages, tax or gratuity.

The second option is the "Menu du Chef" which is an "a la carte" menu featuring individually-priced dishes rather than a fixed price dinner. It features more complex items for appetizers, warm and cold, through the main courses and desserts. It includes dishes on the printed menu as well as daily specials listed on our blackboard.

We do have a minimum food charge of $30. per person for dining at Saint-Emilion. This is before beverages, tax and gratuity. Customers who order from the Menu du Chef can reach the $30. minimum charge by choosing one main course or two appetizers. Of course, diners can also choose a three, four or five course dinner from the Menu du Chef. It is always priced "a la carte" or individually per menu item. Some special dishes may require a supplement as indicated alongside their description
